February 2, 2012 - CHRIS BRUBECK'S TRIPLE PLAY
(Special Event) BLUES... JAZZ... FOLK... THE LEGEND CONTINUES!  CHRIS BRUBECK, son of legendary jazz musician DAVE BRUBECK, first distinguished himself as a jazz musician performing and recording with his father.  Chris plays bass, trombone, piano, guitar and sings.  He has earned international acclaim as composer, performer and leader of his own groups.  Triple Play is his acoustic blues/jazz/folk trio, with vocals that include guitarist Joel Brown and harmonica virtuoso Peter Madcat Ruth.  Chris and Madcat have been playing together since their rock'n roll days in the band, Sky King.  Chris and Joel have been playing together for about 12 years, dating back to touring with Bill Crofut.  Triple Play's newest CD is Watching the World.  Tickets $32.  Visit their website.

February 13 & 14, 2012 - HOWARD McGILLIN
(Broadway Cabaret Series) This two-time Tony Award nominee is perhaps best known for the longest-running role as the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera.  McGillin received Tony and Drama Desk Award nominations for Anything Goes and The Mystery of Edwin Drood on Broadway, where he also won a Theatre World Award.  He has numerous Broadway, London, Off-Broadway and National Tour credits and has worked extensively in television and film.  Film credits include the Oscar-nominated South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut and the The Swan Princess.  He has a solo CD: "Howard McGillin: Where Time Stands Still."

March 2-3-4, 2012 - DEBBY BOONE: Reflections of Rosemary
(Main Stage Series) Considered one of the greatest Big Band vocalists of a generation, Rosemary Clooney left her musical arrangements and legacy to her daughter-in-law, Debby Boone. The daughter of legendary 50’s icon Pat Boone, Debby has taken the music to new heights, mastering the timing, intonation and from-the-heart intimacy her mother-in-law perfected. Debby was recently featured on Oprah’s final season.

March 5 & 6, 2012 - JIM CARUSO'S CAST PARTY AND CONCERT WITH BILLY STRITCH
(Cabaret Special Event)  This Broadway Cabaret special event will be an exciting evening of cabaret entertainment… unlike any we’ve done before! The nearly two-hour show will be presented in two unique acts with an intermission. Act One features Jim Caruso’s Cast Party, where New York City’s own Jim Caruso will recreate his wildly popular Birdland show with a South Florida spin and showcase some of South Florida’s best musical theatre talent. Jim’s hilarious, impromptu variety show has played Birdland for eight years, and this will be his first east coast venture outside of New York! Act Two will feature a spectacular cabaret concert showcasing the incredible musical talents of Jim Caruso, himself, and Grammy Award winning composer Billy Stritch. This is an evening you won’t want to miss!  Tickets $42.

March 11, 2012 - South Florida Symphony Orchestra

Program includes Shostakovich: Festive Overture; Brahms: Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-flat major, Jeffrey Chappell, piano; and Ellen Taafe Zwilich: Symphony No. 5, "Concerto for Orchestra".

March 19 & 20, 2012 - Three Phantoms in Concert starring RON BOHMER, CRAIG SCHULMAN and KEVIN GRAY
(Broadway Cabaret Series) Three stars of Phantom of the Opera on Broadway come together for two incredible nights. Ron Bohmer also starred on Broadway in The Scarlet Pimpernel, A Little Night Music and Ragtime. Kevin Gray starred in the revival of The King and I and performed in Miss Saigon, Titanic and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Music of the Night. Craig Schulman starred in the 10th anniversary production of Les Miserables in London. He also starred in Jekyll and Hyde, Fiddler on the Roof and The Secret Garden. It’s the “music of the night” times three!

March 30, 31 & April 1, 2012 - RHYTHMIC CIRCUS - FEET DON’T FAIL ME NOW
(Main Stage Series) This amazing dance troupe infuses hard-hitting tap, high spirited humor and phenomenal percussion dance to transform their tap shoes into instruments of rhythm. It’s an unforgettable show guaranteed to leave audiences of all ages amazed at its unique “you have to see it to believe it” quality!

April 2 & 3, 2012 - JARROD SPECTOR
(Broadway Cabaret Series) After more than 1000 performances on Broadway, he is still going strong as Frankie Valli in the Tony, Olivier and Grammy award winning production of Jersey Boys. As a child, he was a finalist on Star Search and later made is Broadway debut as the young Gavroche in Les Miserables.
